Position Summary
TourToTeach, a role within Walmart, involves leading and developing teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. - Provides process improvement leadership to ensure a high quality customer experience.
- Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area.
- Reviews and evaluates PL Profit Loss statements.
- Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Maintains and ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
- Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
- Supervises and develops opportunities for hourly associates.
- Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR
- 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR
- 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

- Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).

Pay Range
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).
