Position Summary
TourToTeach, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, driving financial performance and sales, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and serving customers and members.
What you'll do...
- Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
- TourstoTeach, communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations.
- Utilizes technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction to introduce and lead company change efforts.
- Provides clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives to teams effectively.
- Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
- Manages and supports customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and community outreach programs.
- Ensures customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved by developing and implementing action plans to correct deficiencies and provide process improvement leadership.
- Supervises and develops opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing associate recognition, and communicating expectations consistently.
- Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved for the business area.
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and identifying and communicating goals and objectives.
- Builds high-performing teams, embraces differences, creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging, and provides opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.

Pay & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges), State Pay Differential (where applicable).
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college;
- OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience;
- OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University;
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
