Position Summary
TourToTeach, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, driving financial performance and sales, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and serving customers and members.
What you'll do...
- Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
- Tour stores and provide feedback to associates.
- Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations.
- Utilize technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction to introduce and lead company change efforts.
- Provide clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives to teams.
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
- Manage and support customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and community outreach programs.
- Ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved by developing and implementing action plans to correct deficiencies.
- Lead and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.
- Supervise and develop opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing associate recognition, and communicating expectations consistently.
- Supports key stakeholders, coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments, and identifies and addresses improvement opportunities.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by implementing related action plans, utilizing the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on executing business processes and practices.
- Respects individuals by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected, and attracting and retaining the best talent.
- Acts with integrity by maintaining and promoting the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance, modeling Walmart values, and holding oneself and others accountable.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges), State Pay Differential.

Minimum Qualifications
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications. 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
