Position Summary

TourToTeach, driving financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising associates.

What you'll do...

  • Teaches and develops teams by providing training and feedback.
  • Collaborates with all levels of associates on store operations.
  • Introduces and leads company change efforts.
  • Provides clear expectations and guidance for business solutions.
  • Communicates business objectives to teams effectively.
  • Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards.
  • Manages and supports customer service initiatives.
  • Ensures customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved.
  • Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies.
  • Provides process improvement leadership for a high-quality customer experience.
  • Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area.
  • Reviews and evaluates PL Profit Loss statements.
  • Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  • Maintains effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
  • Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Supervises and develops opportunities for hourly associates.
  • Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
