Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handles club pick-up orders by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing pick orders.
- Manages inventory by tracking goods, maintaining instock levels, controlling shrinkage, and reporting poor inventory practices.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner, reporting poor or unsafe conditions to management.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services, and models and helps others with technology services.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating a supportive workplace culture, and recognizing contributions and accomplishments.
- Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics, complying with regulations, and supporting Walmart's regenerative goals.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
Pay and Benefits
Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00*
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
