Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
• Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling hazardous materials.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining instock levels, controlling shrinkage, and performing occasional audits.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe manner and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
• Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services and helps others with technology services.
• Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
• Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates' growth and development.
• Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, modeling the Walmart values, and supporting the company's goal of becoming a regenerative entity.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.
