Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
• Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
• Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
• Maintains the sales floor by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
• Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
• Uses technology to identify and assist customers with technology services, and reports shrink opportunities and problems.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe manner, reporting any poor or unsafe conditions.
• Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates.
• Strives for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.
