About the role
The role involves leading and developing teams, providing exceptional customer service, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Tourstores and provides feedback to associates, communicating and collaborating with all levels regarding store operations.
- Introduces and leads company change efforts, setting clear expectations and guiding associates to implement business solutions.
- Manages and supports customer service initiatives such as store of the community and community outreach programs, resolving customer issues and complaints.
- Maintains and controls expenses, monitors merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, sets clear expectations, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset for hourly associates.
- Coordinates and oversees job-related activities, develops relationships with key stakeholders, and supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, acts with integrity, and supports the Walmart values.
- Manages and develops high-performing teams, fostering a culture of belonging and attracting and retaining top talent.
- Supports continuous improvements, drives excellence, and acts with integrity.
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Pay
