About the role
The Lead Store Manager is responsible for leading and developing teams, driving store performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Tourstores and provide feedback to associates
- Collaborate with associates on store operations and business initiatives
- Implement business solutions and communicate objectives to teams
- Manage and support customer service initiatives
- Resolve customer issues and develop action plans
- Review and control expenses to achieve sales and profit goals
- Supervise and mentor hourly associates
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Requirements
- 2 years' college education or 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications
- General work experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
Skills
Exceptional customer service, effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.

$65,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually
