Position Summary

TourToTeach leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. They communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, using technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. They introduce and lead company change efforts, provide clear expectations and guidance, and implement business solutions.

  • Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
  • Supervises and develops opportunities for hourly associates.
  • Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace.
  • Recruits and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.
