Position Summary
Coordinates job-related activities and assignments, supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, supervises and develops associates, ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, and fosters a culture of respect and integrity.
What you'll do...
- Supports recruitment and development of qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.
- Supervises and trains associates, assigns duties, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset.
- Hires and trains new associates, provides feedback, and addresses performance issues.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, implements related action plans, and supports the Open Door Policy.
- Maintains a culture of respect and integrity, acts with integrity, and fosters a sense of belonging among associates.
- Manages day-to-day operations, resolves conflicts, and ensures adherence to company standards and values.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
