About the Role

This position leads and develops teams effectively, drives financial performance, ensures exceptional customer service, and maintains compliance with company policies. It involves touring stores, providing feedback, managing operations, and implementing business solutions.

Responsibilities

Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
Tours stores, provides feedback, and communicates with all levels of associates regarding store operations.
Introduces and leads company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance.
Manages customer service initiatives, resolves customer issues, and ensures a high-quality customer experience.
Reviews and evaluates P&L statements, manages budgeting, and controls expenses to achieve sales and profit goals.
Ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
Hires, trains, mentors, and assigns duties to associates, promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
Ensures compliance with company policies, supports the Open Door Policy, and upholds company values and ethics.

Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR
1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR
2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and State Pay Differential.
