Position Summary

TourToTeach, driving financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a high-performing team.

What you'll do...

  • Tour stores, provide feedback, and lead training sessions.
  • Collaborate with all levels of associates on store operations, merchandising, and company direction.
  • Implement business solutions and communicate objectives to teams.
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards.
  • Manage and support customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and community outreach programs.
  • Resolve customer needs, complaints, and issues, develop action plans, and improve processes.
  • Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the Walmart mission, values, and ethical standards.
  • Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating PL statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting plans and initiatives.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a culture of belonging.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the Walmart mission, values, and ethical standards.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $34.14 - $36.06.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
