Position Summary

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, implement the business plan for area of responsibility, monitor and manage productivity, identify associate/customer/supplier concerns, supervise and develop associates and leaders.

What you'll do...

  • Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, safety.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring associate compliance, distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
  • Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening, consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action to take or make recommendations to resolve.
  • Serve Our Customers and Members by delivering results while putting the customer first, considering and adapting to how, where, and when customers shop, and applying the EDLP and EDLC business models to all plans.
  • Strive for Excellence by displaying curiosity and a desire to learn, taking calculated risks, demonstrating courage and resilience, and encouraging learning from mistakes.

Pay, Benefits, and Schedule

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Stock.

Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting.
