Position Summary

Responsible for analyzing business and financial data, implementing and tracking business plans, communicating results, influencing team members and leaders, conducting safety inspections, managing projects, gathering and analyzing data, supervising operations, managing customer service, assessing situations, verifying prescriptions, and adhering to organizational policies.

What you'll do...

  • Understands financial metrics and their impact on business results.
  • Performs analyses based on independent reasoning to draw appropriate conclusions.
  • Analyzes business and financial data and supports the implementation and tracking of business plans.
  • Communicates the results of analyses to audiences.
  • Influences team members and leaders to take action based on sound recommendations.
  • Inspects manufacturing, warehouse working environments for potential safety violations.
  • Determines appropriate actions to take when safety violations are encountered.
  • Conducts audits and maintains tracking logs on safety equipment.
  • Responds to first aid and accident situations according to standard procedures.
  • Develops, prioritizes, and coordinates work plans, reviews project schedules, cost expenditures, milestones, communications, and documentation.
  • Follows project management methodologies by tracking and monitoring work, holding project teams accountable to timelines, ensuring adherence to milestones, identifying potential risks, and resolving critical issues.
  • Creates communication plans that determine communication levels, frequencies, details, and distributions of status updates, minimizing the impact of changes.
  • Employs basic data collection and analysis methods and procedures.
  • Examines analytical results to ensure the quality and accuracy of data collection and analysis.
  • Supervises resource management, plans the delivery and improvement of services, programs, and personnel, and provides technical consultation, guidance, and oversight for Health Wellness operations.
  • Directs, establishes, and plans the overall policies and goals for various Health Wellness services.
  • Coordinates and evaluates the quality of operations delivered throughout the organization.
  • Manages customer service, analyzes problem trends, facilitates the resolution of customer problems, ensures the identification of customer needs and priorities, monitors and reports on the delivery of promised deliverables, manages expectations of third-party techs and vendor help desk techs, and manages expectations of third-party techs and vendor help desk techs who provides direct customer service.
  • Affords assessments based on awareness of the goals and operating issues of assigned department, seeks guidance when assigned goals conflict with departmental goals or overall strategies, understands the importance of and implementation of One Best Way processes and standard operating procedures, follows regulatory processes and procedures for assigned department, identifies and reports safety hazards and anomalies during operations processes, participates in basic prescription verification practices, troubleshoots actual and potential drug therapy-related issues, adapts existing prescription administration processes according to organizational policies, complies with organizational prescription administration assessment standards, respects individuals, acts with integrity, serves our customers and members, strives for excellence, displays curiosity and a desire to learn, takes calculated risks, demonstrates courage and resilience, drives continuous improvements, is open to and uses new technologies and skills, and supports others through change.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).
