Position Summary
Oversees various functions including financial analysis, communication, safety, project management, data gathering and analysis, operations, customer service, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Understands financial metrics and their impact on business results.
- Performs analyses and implements business plans to achieve financial goals.
- Communicates complex information clearly and accurately to diverse audiences.
- Identifies and addresses safety violations and conducts audits.
- Develops and coordinates work plans, monitors project progress, and mitigates risks.
- Collects and analyzes data, informs leadership of any issues, and ensures data quality.
- Supervises resource management, directs operations, and provides technical guidance.
- Analyzes problem trends, facilitates customer problem resolution, and manages customer expectations.
- Affirms organizational policies, assesses situations, and follows regulatory processes.
- Verifies prescriptions, troubleshoots drug therapy issues, and adapts processes according to organizational policies.
- Supports a culture of belonging, acts with integrity, and strives for excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications: 1 year's experience as a Walmart supervisor or 2 years' external leadership experience leading a team of five or more supervisors and/or employees.
- Preferred qualifications: Leadership experience in performance management, Bachelors in Business Administration, completion of a Board-approved program or Pharmacy Technician University program, and registration as a pharmacy technician in the state of practice.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
