(USA) Area Coach, Pharmacy Operations - Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations

Position Summary

Oversees operations and ensures adherence to financial, communication, safety, project management, data gathering and analysis, operations, customer service, operational excellence, medical prescription administration, and individual respect standards.

What you'll do...

• Understands financial metrics and their impact on business results.
• Performs analyses and implements business plans to achieve financial goals.
• Communicates complex information clearly and accurately to diverse audiences.
• Identifies and addresses safety violations and conducts audits.
• Develops and coordinates work plans, tracks project schedules, and resolves critical issues.
• Collects and analyzes data for Health Wellness operations.
• Serves as a resource manager and provides technical guidance.
• Analyzes problem trends and facilitates resolution of customer issues.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory processes and identifies safety hazards.
• Verifies prescriptions and troubleshoots drug therapy issues.
• Supports team development and recognizes contributions.
• Acts with integrity, honesty, and transparency.
• Serves customers and members by delivering results and balancing short and long-term priorities.
• Strives for excellence through continuous improvement, learning, and adapting to new technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year's experience as a Walmart supervisor.
• 2 years' external leadership experience leading a team of five or more supervisors and/or employees.
• As permitted by applicable law, evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines OR approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate.
• To complete a Board-approved program or Pharmacy Technician University program.
• Must become a registered pharmacy technician in state of practice within one year of job entry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience with performance management responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00.
