Position Summary
Oversees operations and ensures adherence to financial, communication, safety, project management, data gathering and analysis, operations, customer service, operational excellence, medical prescription administration, and individual respect standards.

- Understands financial metrics and their impact on business results.
- Performs analyses and implements business plans to achieve financial goals.
- Communicates complex information clearly and accurately to diverse audiences.
- Identifies and addresses safety violations and conducts audits.
- Develops and coordinates work plans, tracks project schedules, and resolves critical issues.
- Collects and analyzes data for Health Wellness operations.
- Serves as a resource manager and provides technical guidance.
- Analyzes problem trends and facilitates resolution of customer issues.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory processes and identifies safety hazards.
- Verifies prescriptions and troubleshoots drug therapy issues.
- Supports team development and recognizes contributions.
- Acts with integrity, honesty, and transparency.
- Serves customers and members by delivering results and balancing short and long-term priorities.
- Strives for excellence through continuous improvement, learning, and adapting to new technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year's experience as a Walmart supervisor.
- 2 years' external leadership experience leading a team of five or more supervisors and/or employees.
- As permitted by applicable law, evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines OR approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate.
- To complete a Board-approved program or Pharmacy Technician University program.
- Must become a registered pharmacy technician in state of practice within one year of job entry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership experience with performance management responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
