About the role

VIZIO’s Platform+ Services team is seeking an Analyst (Media Coordinator) to serve as a strategic partner to the VIZIO Ad Sales team and clients. This role ensures campaign success and communicates key learnings to maximize client growth and retention. The Media Coordinator will work closely with client services team members and cross-functional groups, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own individual media campaigns across multiple sales verticals, assisting Account Managers with coordination and execution.
  • Manage campaign setup, optimization, and end-of-campaign reporting.
  • Drive client satisfaction to support account renewals and growth.
  • Work with Account Managers to collect deliverables and collaborate with essential teams for custom units.
  • Partner with the Operations team to ensure timely campaign launches with all orders delivering in full.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make optimizations to support KPIs.
  • Prepare end-of-campaign reports and provide optimization strategies and insights to Account Managers.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of VIZIO’s ad products, specs, guidelines, and business rules.
  • Focus on performance monitoring and recap presentations to fuel renewals.

Requirements

  • Online advertising, digital media, or similar industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Products.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various departmental team leads.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Confidence working within tight deadlines, under pressure, and on multiple priorities.
  • Paramount attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of media agencies.
  • Ability to deliver confidently within a project framework or structure.
  • Desire to learn different aspects of the media business.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, info-tech, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related field, or
  • 1 year of experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni-channel merchandising, or related field.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.00 - $61.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
