Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of spine education programs
  • Develop and deliver procedural and product application training content
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and medical affairs for educational alignment
  • Identify educational gaps and create targeted programs
  • Plan and manage workshops, cadaver labs, and symposia
  • Analyze program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory education standards
  • Incorporate innovative tools and simulation in training
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Education, or related field required
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH) preferred
  • 5–8 years of experience in medical education or healthcare program management
  • Experience delivering education programs for healthcare professionals, preferably in orthopedics or spine
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics
