Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of spine education programs
- Develop and deliver procedural and product application training content
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and medical affairs for educational alignment
- Identify educational gaps and create targeted programs
- Plan and manage workshops, cadaver labs, and symposia
- Analyze program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory education standards
- Incorporate innovative tools and simulation in training
- Manage timelines, budgets, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Education, or related field required
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH) preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in medical education or healthcare program management
- Experience delivering education programs for healthcare professionals, preferably in orthopedics or spine
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics
