Maintenance
- Performs general maintenance as needed or assigned.
- Defrosting refrigerators; changing light bulbs and A/C filters; checking fire extinguishers, exits, and emergency lights monthly.
- Completing maintenance work orders.
- Creating work orders for more specific maintenance needed.
- Documenting safety issues as well as physical plan deficiencies related to local, county, state, and federal guidelines.
- Assists Maintenance Supervisor in preventative maintenance and cleaning of the community vehicles.
- Assists with training and development of safety procedures and hazard communications.
- Responds immediately and appropriately to accidents and emergencies based on established protocol.
- Paints common areas and vacant apartments.
Housekeeping
- Routine and deep cleaning of common areas and offices, including lobby, restrooms, stairwells, hallways, model and vacant apartments, etc.
- Washing, drying, folding, and returning community and resident laundry.
- Stocking supplies in common areas, restrooms, laundry carts, etc.
- Washing interior windows and fixtures.
Food Service
- Dining room set up, including updating menus, correct table set-up, and ensuring furnishings are clean.
- Sets up for special events.
Support
- Delivering papers, flyers, etc. to resident apartments.
- Answering phones.
- Collections new employee and resident information, making copies, filing, creating brochures for prospective residents, stocking office supplies, and assisting with preparation of mailings.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment is preferred.

Pay
Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.

- This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care.
- Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
