Universal Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and care to tenants.
• Maintain tenant apartments and building presentation through light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist dietary staff with meal preparation and delivery to tenants.
• Support personal care for tenants in accordance with individual service plans.
• If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), deliver health‑related care as assigned per tenant service plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• One (1) year of experience in a caregiver role preferred; willing to invest in the right candidate.
