Universal Worker
7:30am–5:30pm shift, full-time or part-time, with alternating weekends. Higher wage if Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
About the role
We are currently searching for a Universal Worker to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team at Park Place Independent & Assisted Living Apartments. As a Universal Worker, you are instrumental in providing superior customer service and care to our tenants. Your work will ensure our tenants receive the high standard of care they expect by maintaining their apartments and building with light housekeeping, laundry, and assisting dietary with meals. You will also assist with personal care according to tenant service plans. If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you may provide health-related care as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Ensure tenants' apartments and building are presentable through light housekeeping and laundry.
- Assist dietary staff with meal service to tenants.
- Provide personal care to tenants in accordance with tenant service plans.
- If credentialed as a CNA, provide health-related care as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
- One (1) year of experience in a caregiver role is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
