Role Overview: This position involves providing sales, service, and operational support within a financial institution to ensure excellent client experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily financial transactions, including deposits, currency handling, and check cashing.Open and process new deposit accounts such as savings, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.Identify client needs through consultative conversations; recommend suitable products and services.Cross-sell bank products, refer clients to partners, and generate new business.Support loan applications and facilitate their processing.Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, participate in campaigns.Maintain client accounts, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.Assist with daily operational tasks, including audit controls and branch support.Stay informed of operational updates and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.Enhance product knowledge through training and meetings.Support risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, including background checks and licensing requirements. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of teller experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment; 10-key calculator, coin counter skills are a plus.Strong customer service skills, problem resolution, and communication abilities.Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with the necessary knowledge and skills.Compliance with regulatory requirements, including background checks and licensing.
