About the role

This position involves providing sales, service, and operational support within a banking environment to ensure efficient customer interactions and account management. Perform teller transactions such as deposits, currency handling, and check cashing, while supporting platform activities like opening accounts and deposit services. Identify client needs through consultative conversations, recommending suitable products and services. Assist with opening various deposit accounts, cross-sell services, and facilitate referrals to deepen client relationships. Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, support loan applications, and coordinate with team members for processing. The role emphasizes delivering excellent client experiences, resolving inquiries, and maintaining compliance with regulations, policies, and internal controls. Assist with daily operations, audit controls, and training new associates as needed. Stay informed on operational updates and ensure adherence to guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred experience as a teller
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
• No supervisory responsibilities
• Ongoing background checks and compliance with licensing regulations required
