Summary

Provide accurate, timely customer service by processing financial transactions and opening accounts in a retail banking environment. Introduce bank products through outreach, recommend solutions to deepen client relationships, and support sales goals. Perform duties such as outbound calls, opening various deposit accounts, and assisting with loan applications. Ensure excellent client experience by resolving inquiries, researching issues, and delivering prompt service. Adhere to compliance standards, internal controls, and bank policies, including risk management and regulations. Assist with daily operations, audit controls, and training new staff, while staying informed of operational updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year experience as a Teller preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, and coin counting equipment.
• Ability to meet background and credit check requirements, and comply with S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act.
