Role Overview: This position involves providing sales, service, operational support, and risk management to clients. Key responsibilities include processing financial transactions (deposits, cashing checks), opening deposit accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, money market), and supporting platform services. The role requires identifying client needs, recommending appropriate products, cross-selling, and making referrals to deepen client relationships. Regular outbound calls and assisting with loan applications are also essential. Ensuring excellent client experience, resolving issues, and maintaining operational efficiency are core duties. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience as a Teller. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to operate a 10-key calculator, coin counter, and familiarity with office equipment are necessary. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills are vital, along with compliance awareness regarding bank policies and regulations. Supervisory & Additional Responsibilities: No supervisory duties are required. The role includes assisting associates in daily operations, conducting training, and supporting operational updates. Attention to risk, compliance, and ethics is mandatory, with ongoing background checks and adherence to regulations such as the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act. Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent client service.Certifications/licenses (e.g., CPA, Series 6/7) are advantageous but not mandatory.Additional skills include proficiency with office equipment and a focus on operational efficiency.
