About the role
Join our team as an Ultrasound Technologist, working in both inpatient (Mary Washington Hospital and Stafford Hospital) and outpatient (various facilities across Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, King George, and Stafford areas) settings. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with various shifts available.
Pay
- Inpatient Compensation:
- PRN Flat Rate: $51.00
- Pay Range: $41.00–$62.11
- Outpatient Compensation:
- PRN Flat Rate: $51.00
- Pay Range: $39.44–$59.15
Relocation assistance is offered for full-time hires moving from 50+ miles away. Sign-on bonuses are available for full-time and part-time positions.
Requirements
- General Requirements (All Roles):
- Completion of an accredited ultrasound program
- ARDMS (AB or OB/GYN or VT) or ARRT (S) certification required at time of hire
- American Heart Association CPR certification
- Inpatient-Specific Requirements:
- If not ARDMS (OB/GYN) registered at hire, must obtain within 12 months (first attempt within 6 months)
- Outpatient-Specific Requirements:
- If not ARDMS (OB/GYN) registered at hire, must obtain within 6 months
- If not ARDMS (RVT) registered at hire, must obtain within 12 months
- Outpatient Women’s Imaging Requirements:
- If not ARDMS (OB/GYN) registered at hire, must obtain within 6 months
- If not ARDMS (BR) registered at hire, must obtain within 12 months
- If not ARDMS (RVT) registered at hire, must obtain within 24 months
Physical Requirements
- Constant (67–100% of workday) use of arms and hands
- Frequent (34–66% of workday) standing, walking, and sitting
- Occasional (0–33% of workday) bending and squatting
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.
- Ability to push and pull up to 20 lbs.
- Auditory and visual skills, including color determination

- For MRI Associates: Must complete MRI Associate screening and be approved to work in MRI Zones 3 & 4
