Job Overview

The UKG Project Manager will oversee UKG software implementation projects for healthcare clients, focusing on project management principles and healthcare industry challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Cook up with internal and external stakeholders to align projects with client goals.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables for timely and successful project completion.
  • Lead the implementation of UKG solutions, including HCM and payroll systems.
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing client systems.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, IT, and client staff.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain project progress and address any issues or obstacles.
  • Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are in place to validate system functionality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client executives, consultants, and vendors.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management.
  • Gather feedback and incorporate stakeholder input into project planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing at least two full lifecycle UKG implementations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on healthcare industry projects.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Passion for delivering exemplary customer service.
  • PMP Certification a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,767-$230,122. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
