UGC Creator (Part-time)

The Role & Responsibilities

• Create short-form vertical videos (3-60 seconds)
• Share content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Must submit live-links to all posts at the end of the month for invoicing & credit

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Physically based in the United States
• A personal IG or TT page with a minimum of 1M+ preview views
• Comfortable posting consistently and experimenting with content
• Any niche is welcome (pop culture, lifestyle, tech, beauty, comedy, etc.)

Compensation

• $600-$2000 monthly base rate
• Escalators for videos hitting 50K, 100K, 500K, and 1M views
• Depends on views and video styles

Contract & Terms

• Month-to-month contract
• Non-exclusive (free to work with other brands)
• Content may be reused for marketing and advertising purposes
