Part Time - Custodian

Role Overview

The Custodian is responsible for general cleaning and maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and students. They will also monitor, lead, and coordinate activities of other building custodians.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Supervise and coordinate custodial staff activities
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance duties
• Leadership skills to monitor and coordinate staff activities
• Availability for afternoon/evening hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends
• Possession of special licenses may qualify for additional incentives

Pay & Schedule

• $16 per hour, with a $1.10 pay differential after 5pm
• Additional incentives for special licenses
• 40-hour work week
