Role Overview
This position involves supporting plant housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning production and non-production areas
- Removing debris and waste
- Maintaining walkways and entrances
- Supporting 5S initiatives
- Assisting with seasonal facility needs
- Identifying maintenance issues
- Supporting special cleaning projects
- Following all safety policies, PPE requirements, and sanitation procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous custodial experience preferred
- Physical demands: frequent sitting, handling, reaching; occasional lifting up to 30 pounds
