Floor Care Technician responsible for cleaning and maintaining various flooring surfaces in commercial settings.
Responsibilities
- Dust and wet mopping
- Auto scrubbing
- Propane buffing
- Stripping and waxing floors
- Polishing floors
- Sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces
- Waste disposal
- Restocking supplies
- Following safety policies and procedures at all times
- Performing cleaning tasks efficiently
- Adhering to safety standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas
Physical activities include standing, walking, and using hands.
Requirements
- Prior Floor Technician experience
- Ability to lift 35-50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
- Excellent attendance and promptness
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills in English
- Must pass background checks and drug screening
- Legal work authorization
