Part Time - Custodian

About the role

This role involves routine cleaning and custodial work in offices, labs, and shops, along with minor maintenance tasks both inside and outside the buildings.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring cleanliness of facilities
• Performing minor repairs
• Running errands
• Performing janitorial duties
• Occasional outdoor yard work involving tools and equipment

Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning tools such as buffers and vacuums
• High school diploma preferred
• Some experience in janitorial work
• Valid Texas driver’s license

Qualifications

This position does not entail regular leadership or significant financial responsibilities. Employees receive regular instructions, follow established procedures, and work primarily in an office environment.
