The Role & Responsibilities
- Create short-form vertical videos (3-60 seconds)
- Share content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Must submit live-links to all posts at the end of the month for invoicing & credit
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Physically based in the United States
- A personal IG or TT page with a minimum of 1M+ preview views
- Comfortable posting consistently and experimenting with content
- Any niche is welcome (pop culture, lifestyle, tech, beauty, comedy, etc.)
Compensation
- $600-$2000 monthly base rate
- Escalators for videos hitting 50K, 100K, 500K, and 1M views (bonuses can exceed $10k/month)
Contract & Terms
- Month-to-month contract
- Non-exclusive (free to work with other brands)
- Content may be reused for marketing and advertising purposes
