TYSON FOODS -ALBERTVILLE: 1st Shift DSI Lead PR07

Pay is $18.85 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor with coordination and execution of daily departmental operations.
• Communicate the Supervisor’s instructions clearly to team members and ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Step into any role within the line as needed to support operations and provide coverage for team member breaks.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and notify the Supervisor of any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with all Tyson policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as tasked by administration.
• Observe all Tyson safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year department lead experience in a poultry processing facility or related industry (may be from a combination of employers if totaling at least one year; must be documented in application or resume).
• Ability to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
