This step-down unit position is located in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves delivering specialized patient care in a dedicated step-down environment, supporting patient recovery and stabilization. The position offers a full-time schedule on dayshift, providing a steady and predictable routine for qualified healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care within a dedicated step-down patient care environment
- Adhere to all relevant hospital protocols and safety guidelines
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in float rotation as required
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 0 years of experience
- Located in Ohio or willing to license there
- Educational requirements as per state guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in step-down or similar patient care unit
- BLS certification
- Familiarity with electronic medical records

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
