The role requires flexibility to float across departments based on patient care needs and may include assignments at different sites within a 40-mile radius.

Schedule

• Days shift, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in Step Down Unit and other inpatient departments
• Float across departments such as acuity adaptable units, medical-surgical, inpatient rehab, and emergency department based on patient care needs
• Cover assignments at different sites within a 40-mile radius as required

Requirements

• 2 years of nursing experience
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
