Key Highlights

Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology evaluations, treatment, and progress documentation for school-age students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEP-aligned goals and therapy plans; monitor student progress
- Deliver direct and consultative services to address articulation, language, and related communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other team members to support student participation and outcomes
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation in appropriate school systems; ensure compliance with privacy and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities as assigned; manage a school-based caseload and scheduling
Requirements
- Active Washington State SLP license in hand at time of submittal
- ESA (Education Specialist) certification required for school setting; expedited processing recommended; start not permitted with ESA pending
- Ability to work in a in-person, school-based educational setting
