Travel Research Coordinator
About the role
The Travel Research Coordinator operates within the Travel Group Luxembourg (TGL) network, supporting multiple leisure-travel agency brands and a large agency network across Luxembourg and the Greater Region. This role focuses on travel research coordination, ensuring data and reporting reliability. The position requires maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while performing travel research coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel research with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the TGL network context.
- Review TGL Luxembourg role documentation with status tracking for travel research coordination, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Document data validation with deadline management, ensuring checkpoints are traceable and follow a travel-focused, research-focused, coordination-owned work profile.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for travel research coordination, ensuring all work is traceable and unresolved items have clear ownership.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.
Decision Pattern & Quality Standards
Strong travel research coordination ensures data and reporting reliability remains usable under the specific demands of the TGL network. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have owners, and errors must be surfaced proactively to prevent rework.
Working Strengths
- Use TGL Luxembourg workflow context and data analysis confidently in a travel-focused, research-focused, coordination-owned work profile.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the travel research coordination workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity in the TGL network context.
- Exercise judgment around follow-up, particularly when travel research coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
The role-specific handoff test requires exception tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
