About the Role

This Travel Research Coordinator role operates within a Manila-based full-service travel agency that handles domestic and international destinations, trip types, activities, optional tours, and visa assistance. The position focuses on travel research coordination, ensuring data and reporting reliability by maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel research with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the agency’s workflow.
• Review and track role documentation with status updates for travel research coordination, adhering to a travel-focused, research-driven, and coordination-owned work profile.
• Document data validation and manage deadlines to maintain accuracy and traceability in travel research tasks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for travel research coordination, ensuring all work is traceable and unresolved items have clear ownership.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management to surface repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.
• Apply Gladex Travel and Tours Corp workflow context and data analysis confidently in support of travel research coordination.
• Ensure data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines, documenting process compliance and escalating issues with clear reasoning.
• Exercise judgment in follow-ups, particularly when travel research depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Complete remote work only when reporting, workflow context, and status tracking make the work secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Qualifications

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
