About the Role

The Travel Research Coordinator maintains a research-focused, coordination-owned workflow within Philippine travel/DMC operations. Key responsibilities include dashboard reporting, data validation, documentation review, and workflow management—all designed to leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action for every checkpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain travel research coordination with dashboard reporting, ensuring traceability of sources, owners, statuses, and next actions.
  • Reconcile Shroff travel role documentation with status tracking for research-focused coordination.
  • Coordinate data validation with deadline management, keeping dependencies and exceptions clearly documented.
  • Review documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance within the travel/DMC operational context.
  • Enforce quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.
  • Apply Shroff Travel Workflow Context and Data Analysis confidently in a research-focused, coordination-owned environment.
  • Ensure data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
  • Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
  • Exercise judgment in follow-ups, particularly when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong research-focused coordination skills, ensuring data and reporting reliability under the demands of Philippine travel/DMC operations. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have owners, and errors must be surfaced proactively.

  • Ability to maintain a travel-focused, research-focused, coordination-owned workflow.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
