Travel Research Coordinator

About the role

Support personalized cruises, groups, weddings, honeymoons, multigenerational trips, lodging, transportation, and activities, with particular attention to research traceability. The day-to-day focus is travel research coordination within multigenerational travel support, ensuring confirmed facts are separated from assumptions and unresolved questions.

Responsibilities

• Track, own, coordinate, review, and maintain the Travel Research Coordinator workflow by helping the team separate observed facts from interpretation, document findings and limitations clearly, collect information from relevant sources, check source credibility and recency, and organize evidence around the research question.
• Ensure dependable research traceability through clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.

• Use Information Synthesis and Stakeholder Communication confidently in travel research coordination.
• Apply Survey Support without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document workflow decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.

Role Details

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
