Travel Research Coordinator

This role operates within a Philippine travel agency and tour operator specializing in domestic and international packages, groups, corporate/incentive travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and visa assistance. The distinct focus is on travel research coordination, ensuring data and reporting reliability while maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel research with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of a Philippine travel agency and tour operator.
• Review and maintain role documentation with status tracking for travel research coordination, adhering to a travel-focused, research-focused, and coordination-owned work profile.
• Document data validation and manage deadlines, ensuring traceability and accountability for all travel research tasks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting to support travel research coordination, ensuring clarity and readiness for cross-functional collaboration.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.
• Apply the Travbest Workflow Context and Data Analysis confidently to support travel research coordination.
• Ensure data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the travel research workflow.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions, maintaining clear reasoning within the operational context.
• Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when travel research depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Complete remote work only when exception tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination make the work secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
