Support personalized leisure vacations, cruises, all-inclusive stays, itineraries, suppliers, and traveler support, with particular attention to research traceability. The role ensures that every handoff within leisure travel operations shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.

Success in this role is measured by increased reliability in research traceability and the early identification of repeated failure points before they impact customers, partners, or teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Track the Travel Research Coordinator workflow by helping the team collect information from relevant sources.
  • Own the Travel Research Coordinator workflow by verifying source credibility and recency.
  • Coordinate the Travel Research Coordinator workflow by organizing evidence around research questions.
  • Review the Travel Research Coordinator workflow by separating observed facts from interpretation.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
