- Maintain a travel research-focused coordination dashboard, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of wellness tourism, congresses, pilgrimages, international missions, tailor-made group programs, events, and traveler support.
- Reconcile G Spa Travel S.A.S. role documentation with status tracking for travel research-focused coordination, adhering to a travel-focused, research-focused, and coordination-owned work profile.
- Coordinate data validation with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability for all tasks.
- Review documentation and reporting to maintain accuracy and clarity, surfacing unresolved items and repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.
- Implement document quality control and workflow management to ensure compliance and issue escalation decisions are clearly documented.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
