Responsibilities

  • Reconcile travel research coordination with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour planning workflows.
  • Coordinate documentation for the Travel Experts UK role with status tracking, adhering to a travel-focused, research-focused, and coordination-owned work profile.
  • Review data validation with deadline management, maintaining traceability and ownership for all checkpoints.
  • Document processes and reporting to ensure clarity and compliance within the specified workflows.
  • Maintain quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.
