The Travel Research Coordinator will take ownership of research traceability within premium Caribbean and Hawaii trips, cruises, all-inclusive stays, family travel, groups, and romantic vacations. This position focuses on travel research coordination within premium leisure travel support, prioritizing accuracy and traceable follow-through over superficial speed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the workflow by documenting findings and limitations clearly to ensure research traceability.
- Review and collect information from relevant sources for premium leisure travel support.
- Maintain the workflow by verifying source credibility and recency.
- Track and organize evidence around research questions to support decision-making.
- Own the workflow by separating observed facts from interpretation to maintain clarity.
The practical outcome is dependable research traceability: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.
Qualifications
- Confidently use Premium Leisure Travel Support and Travel Research Coordinator workflows.
- Apply market research while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.

Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
