Responsibilities
- Maintain the Travel Research Coordinator workflow by helping the team separate observed facts from interpretation.
- Track the workflow by documenting findings and limitations clearly.
- Own the workflow by collecting information from relevant sources.
- Coordinate the workflow by checking source credibility and recency.
- Review the workflow by organizing evidence around the research question.
- Ensure research traceability is reliable and surface repeated failure points before they affect customers, partners, or teammates.
- Use presentation support and market analysis confidently in travel research coordination.
- Apply documentation practices without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Exercise sound judgment in insight development, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.
Role Details
Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
