Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Travel Research Coordinator workflow by helping the team separate observed facts from interpretation.
  • Track the workflow by documenting findings and limitations clearly.
  • Own the workflow by collecting information from relevant sources.
  • Coordinate the workflow by checking source credibility and recency.
  • Review the workflow by organizing evidence around the research question.
  • Ensure research traceability is reliable and surface repeated failure points before they affect customers, partners, or teammates.
  • Use presentation support and market analysis confidently in travel research coordination.
  • Apply documentation practices without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
  • Document decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
  • Exercise sound judgment in insight development, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.

Role Details

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
