About the role

This travel assignment is a temporary, hospital-based role for an RN specializing in telemetry. The position supports coordinated nursing care within a general hospital setting and requires collaboration with multiple disciplines.

Schedule

• Shift: 3×12-hour days
• Start date: 09/14/2026
• Assignment length: 13 weeks

Pay

• Weekly pay: $1,998–$2,095

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines
• Performs ongoing assessment, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care; documents observations and responses
• Administers medications and monitors for therapeutic effects and adverse reactions
• Collaborates with physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintains patient safety, adheres to infection control practices, and supports quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Ability to deliver nursing care in a fast-paced telemetry/acute care setting
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills
• Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with nursing documentation and adherence to care standards
• Willingness to work a 3×12-hour shift schedule for a travel assignment in Portland, OR
