Travel temporary assignment for a Registered Nurse in a short-term acute care telemetry unit in Marysville, California. Start date: 08/24/2026. Duration: 8 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct bedside care to adult and geriatric patients on the telemetry unit, including monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs
- Administer medications and IV therapies per the plan of care; document administration and patient response in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and other members of the health care team to implement the medical plan of care and adjust as needed
- Assess patient needs, coordinate with ancillary services, and participate in discharge planning and patient education
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation; ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical standards; supervise and delegate to appropriate nursing team members per scope of practice
Requirements
- Active California RN license and current BLS certification
- ACLS certification required at time of hire
- At least two years of recent acute care nursing experience
- Telemetry experience preferred; demonstrated competency in dysrhythmia during orientation
- BSN preferred; EPIC experience preferred (auto-offers may apply for night shift)
- Ability to work the listed night-shift schedule and meet unit orientation requirements
Pay
Weekly pay: $2,081–$2,286 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.
Schedule
3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) for 8 weeks.
